The NHHOA board has worked diligently this year to bring up to par our neighborhood that ensures our bylaws and covenants are working towards keeping our homes’ values. Sharing below some of the accomplishments of this board thus far:

• Hired attorney to review NHHOA policies/procedures

• Issued covenant code violations – lawn care, commercial trucks, cars obstructing street, fences, mobile vehicles

• Working with USPS regarding mailbox break-ins

• Gathering estimates for mailbox replacements

• Updated and repaired damaged front entrance

• Hired landscaper front/back entrances

• Established safety captain + teams each street within the HOA

• Established NHHOA website

• Established a quarterly newsletter

• Held 2 outdoor events to unite neighbors

In the coming days you will receive a letter regarding our upcoming annual elections to be held October 5th, if you are a homeowner who lives outside of Northern Heights subdivision and are not able to attend the annual meeting and are interested in serving a 1-year commitment with our NHHOA, send an email to the board at northernheightshoa@gmail.com to request a paper ballot form to be completed with the homeowners signature and returned postmarked no later than September 15th.
